3.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:

  • 14 days after the day on which we receive back the goods you supplied, or
  • 14 days after the day on which you provide evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

10. Gift Returns

If a product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the product was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
